There was a time when I completely lost myself. Like many people, I spent years trying to become who everyone else expected me to be. It wasn't until I slowed down, questioned everything and began doing the inner work that I realised I didn't need to become someone new — I needed to remember who I'd always been.
For most of my life, I believed I needed to become more. More successful. More accepted. More confident. More enough.
Like so many of us, I spent years chasing versions of myself that I thought the world wanted me to be. I wore masks, sought approval, and looked outside myself for answers that had quietly been waiting within me all along.
Hosting weekly conversations gave me a front-row seat to some of the most brilliant minds in business, health and purpose. Meeting speakers like Dr John Demartini, sitting in rooms built on values and human potential, and interviewing experts who had spent decades studying what makes people truly thrive — it changed the questions I was asking myself.
At the same time, my own life was asking something of me. Heartbreak. Health challenges I couldn't think my way out of. Retreats that stripped away every title I'd built my identity around. Meditation and breathwork became less of a practice and more of a lifeline — a way back to a version of myself I'd almost forgotten.
"Healing isn't about becoming someone new. It's about unbecoming everything you were never meant to carry."
That realization became the foundation of Unbecoming Me, the book I'm now writing. It's not just my story. It's an invitation for anyone who has ever felt lost, disconnected, or like they've forgotten who they truly are.
Today, my life is built around helping others reconnect with themselves through meaningful conversations, mindfulness, meditation, coaching, and transformational experiences. As the founder of Hope4ull, podcast host, and lifelong student of human potential, I've had the privilege of learning from incredible teachers, experts, and everyday people whose stories have reinforced one simple truth:
We are not broken. We are remembering.
Whether I'm sitting behind a podcast microphone, guiding a meditation, coaching someone through a difficult season, or simply sharing a quiet moment in nature, my purpose remains the same: to create spaces where people feel safe enough to slow down, breathe, and come home to themselves.
Because I believe the answers you've been searching for have never been outside of you. They've been within you all along.
